As a Technical Support Engineer, you are an experienced and detail oriented person capable of providing world-class technical assistance. You should also have a successful history of working with Engineering and IT Operations teams to diagnose and fix tickets in a time-sensitive manner, always with an eye to ensuring partner satisfaction.
Good Communication Skills
Knowledge of Windows/Linux/ administrator.
Knowledge of Servers/Storage/Vmware/ Cloud
Help create technical documentation and manuals.
Report customer feedback and potential product requests
Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap & media query.
